Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including opened or used products.

Your refund includes the original shipping charge. If your order shipped free, no shipping charge is deducted from your refund. We pay for return shipping.

To start a return, contact us at info@plantshealus.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return is received, or we confirm that no return is required, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@plantshealus.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
